We operate on a partner-basis. Each partner runs a YouTube channel by themselves, in exchange for a large split of all revenue associated with the channel. This allows partners to absorb a higher percentage of success, but also to take on a larger burden of the initial risk. 

We set up producers on a new YouTube channel within a niche/genre that we believe has a strong potential for success, and expect editors to fully run the channel themselves. With our guidance and coaching we stay heavily involved in ensuring the best potential for success. 

We will be involved and help teach you everything you need to know to be successful and more, while also providing our full resources, cross-promotion and other tools. We will start off by figuring out what is a good fit for you as a producer, and determine the project that will be the most likely for you to be successful with. After that we take you through an intense training period where we are heavily involved and give you the full guidance of how to run a channel and make amazing content. Following that, we focus a lot on improving you as a creator and designing an ideal strategy for success until you achieve strong results. Only at that point, we take a backseat and let you do your thing while we help out on the side lines as needed. 

You must be aware that we can provide no guarantee of success or results. This is a program for people who want to be able to do their own thing and become full-on YouTubers/Content Creators in their own right, and have more creative freedom.

Producers who made more than 25 videos a month under our system received almost 8x more success and revenue over our producers who made 8-12 videos a month. We have 0 successful producers who aren't making at least 12 videos a month on their channels. A minimum of 15 videos a month is highly recommended for the highest chance of being successful.

We are always accepting ongoing applications for new Producers to potentially join us. Spaces are limited, but we will always want to do more channels. Currently we are requiring you to submit a channel proposal for your own channel concept idea. We will judge these proposals in-depth, and possibly consider doing your channel concept together. Overall it is a good way for us to judge you as a creator. We will also come up with our own channel concepts that we think will be ideal.

We usually start only 4-5 new channels approximately every 3 months. The space for new producers is highly competitive and we will be judging your content creation experience and overall applications plus the channel proposals accordingly. When we need producers we will review all submitted applications and reach out when a new batch of channels are started.

I know, it's a dream for most people to become content creators. It's rewarding, freeing & exciting. However, it's hard work. The requirements are no short of editing skills, commentary potential, thumbnail design, marketing, story telling & more. If you've never created content before it's unlikely you're suitable at the current moment.
